Nowadays, obesity has been getting more common among the people and has increased rapidly, which has reached the epidemic level and majority of them came from the United States. Obesity is defined as a condition of which a person is overweight than their ideal weight and this largely attributable to the fast food culture and sedentary lifestyle. This phenomenon affects the lives of obese people because it found to cause multi health problems. Ergo, obesity should be regarded as a serious health concern since it had been found to cause serious medical condition in both the adult and child population almost all over the world. First and foremost, obesity will affect a person’s physical health and increase the possibility of a person to getting alter risk, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and even cancer. So, as we know, other than these few diseases it also will lead to metabolic diseases which influence infertility and irregular menstrual period of a man and women. This brings a large impact to a person since it allows a person’s metabolic disorders to affect the body’s ability to process certain nutrients and vitamins that the heart needs. According to a recent analysis, it said that obesity in youngster is a time bomb and by 2035 there will be 100, 000 extra cases adult heart diseases because of obesity in today’s culture. Hence, parents need to make sure their kids eat right and stay healthy even if they were not overweight. Moreover, obese people experience a widespread of discrimination and thus contributing to social isolation. In adulthood within employment sector hiring, earning and promotion fair are worst in obese people. Most of the obese people might not be in the high occasion for the employment sector to take on them because of their body size which drives employers into deep consideration before engaging them. Hiring manager with anti-obesity bias would subconsciously filter obese people from being interviewed. Besides, to those obese people with mobility problems might lead to individuals avoiding themselves from public places or even using public facilities. Ad hoc, social isolation may isolate themselves from others and increases their self-abased which can make a person feel anxious and depressed. In addition, high medical care costs on obesity effect the economy of a state. A research had found that an obese people which lives an inactive lifestyle , he will spent more in medical care cost and work expenses rather than the normal weight people on health. Therefore, to enhance the supply and need of advanced medical for the obese people, this forces the government of a country increase ad valorem to provide a more progressive medical. Consequence, the overall cost of health care may raise the price to offset the increased cost of care. For example, the cost of obesity of Australia’s economy in 1989 — 1990 was around 2% of the healthcare budget. This showed that, government had put much effort to minimize the number of obesity. Furthermore, obesity is not a good example for youngster and kids. At present, the percentage of overweight children in United States is growing alarming rate, with one out of three kids now considered obese. This is due to youngster resumes that obesity is a common phenomenon among the people and they are spending less time in doing exercise. Unfortunately, lack of physical activities and exercises will affect the childhood obesity become more serious and critical. Therefore, to prevent this thing continuously happen, parents are suggested do much effort to this such as become a model in their lifestyle, doing exercise regularly, adapted the way their children’s eats and exercises, recommend that their child follows a high calorie and high protein diet etc. Body fat is good for us. It protects internal organs and separates the organ. But, being excessive body fat gives rise to weight which can brings numerous of negative health effects and harmful in many others aspect. Many people do not realize how damaging obesity can be to the body and for their overall health. Obesity is something that is increasingly on the rise today and will continue to rise unless we do something about it like informing people of how bad it really is and encouraging people to live a health-enhancing lifestyle. A healthy diet and exercising two to three times a week is key to not becoming obese. Hopefully people will more aware of the affects of obesity and change the current of obesity lifestyle by living healthy lives and building a healthy culture among the people.
